The authentic interior of the main two-story building from the end of the 19th century, or beginning of the 20th century, consists of production space, exhibition halls, studios, a winter garden, offices, depository, boiler room, and facilities for employees and visitors. This is the oldest surviving Sázava glass factory owned by the famous Kavalír family, and the entire building has been costly and precisely reconstructed under the supervision of experts in heritage preservation. The site of the smelter is now listed as a development or conversion area, which is a tactical advantage for possible construction changes. The owner offers to sell 100% of the company.

The building is located a few hundred meters from the well-known Sazava Monastery, on the other bank of the river. The region is especially attractive thanks to its proximity to Prague (approx. 50 km mainly along the D1 highway) and the surrounding natural scenery and numerous historical monuments.
